Winter Leadership was founded to deliver the caliber of executive coaching and leadership development typically found at the largest global firms, with the personal investment and responsiveness of a boutique practice. I lead every client engagement directly.
My background spans roles as Partner at Korn Ferry, where I led CEO succession and executive development for Fortune 500 organizations, and as President of Premier Sport Psychology, where I built and led a consulting practice serving professional sports front offices, corporate clients, and mission-driven nonprofits.
That combination of high-stakes corporate work and professional sport experience is uncommon. It shapes how I think about leadership, performance under pressure, and what it actually takes to build organizations that win.
